Shipping policy

Orders are processed and dispatched in accordance with the specified website turnaround time (currently around 6 weeks). If items are stocked ready to ship, the description will state this. Everything else is made to order.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

 

UK Shipping: All parcels are sent using the Royal Mail 2nd class service unless you purchase a tracked delivery option (your order won't be processed any quicker but you will be able to track your order once it has been dispatched.)

Occasionally parcels will be sent using the Evri delivery service depending on the size of the item.

International Shipping: Parcels will be sent using a 'tracked' or 'tracked and signed for' service (depending on your location), normally via Royal Mail.
